From the moment we saw this home, we knew it was the one, and it truly did not disappoint. Beaches USA was wonderful to work with, and Erika took such good care of us throughout the booking process. We arrived to a spotless, beautifully decorated home, thoughtfully stocked with pool toys, coolers, a beach wagon, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and a bookshelf full of games and puzzles kept everyone entertained. We loved that the home sits in such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. The highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the 3rd floor. We could see roughly 10 different shows lighting up the sky from towns along the coast. It was truly spectacular, and the high ceilings and open views throughout the home made every space feel bright and special. The home has 3 floors. The 2nd floor features a bedroom with a queen and full bunk bed, a full bathroom, the main kitchen with a large pantry, a living room overlooking the intracoastal, a dining area, and a balcony with seating for four. The 3rd floor offers 3 bedrooms and a laundry room. The master bedroom includes 2 king beds, 2 walk-in closets, double vanities, and a walk-in shower with dual heads, also overlooking the intracoastal. The second bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds, and the third has a king bed. Both include a tub and shower. The first floor has a 4-car garage and an indoor pool bathroom. The pool area was beautiful, with loungers, a hot tub, and a propane grill fully stocked with fuel. There’s no dock, but we enjoyed fishing from the seawall and caught trout, flounder, and redfish with our Florida fishing licenses. The home also has AV racks with iPads in every room, which control the music and speaker system throughout the house. It’s a wonderful feature once you get the hang of it, and made setting the mood in every space simple. Also, ask about the pool lights. We are already looking forward to returning.
