House was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Great kitchen, gas grill, and pool area. We enjoyed overlooking the canal and loved the small details at the property including outdoor solar lighting and Adirondack chairs in the back, basketball hoop with basketballs and shuffleboard. Patio furniture was ample and in good condition. Seating for dining was ample with 7 seats available at a large round table and 4 bar stools at the counter. Other seating is limited inside the house for relaxing and TV watching. The house sleeps 8, but there is really only comfortable seating for 5 people. There are TVs in each bedroom. Beds and linens are very nice and comfortable. Towels are nice quality and ample with 8 pool towels and 8 bath towels. Washer and dryer are helpful to launder towels after the beach and pool!!! Just a note that there are no ceiling fans inside the house and only one box fan available. There is a ceiling fan on the porch. The beach equipment including chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler were a nice addition to the house. Overall a great place to stay and within walking distance to the beach or a short drive to public beach access
