Stunning home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room with wrap around balconies on both the second and third floors. Get a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico off the 3rd floor balcony or sunrises over the Intracoastal facing balcony also on the 3rd floor. Ground level also has an outdoor covered sitting area just off the garage. In the sir conditioned garage there is an assortment of games: pool table, air hockey, foosball and ping pong.
This home is located within walking distance of several local restaurants and shops. Beach access is a short 1 minute walk. Access is located to the South at 2nd Avenue. Beach cart, beach folding chairs and umbrella are included for your convenience with this rental. Board and bike rentals are available for purchase just up the road to your North at The Island Surf Shop.
Luxury home has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast island with 3 barstools, open concept leading into the dining room with 6 top dining table and a cozy living room with TV, sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and balcony access. The first bedroom is also on the second floor. Bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and balcony access.
The third floor of the home houses the remaining 3 bedrooms. Large Master bedroom has a King sized bed, full bathroom with double vanities, walk in closet and intracoastal views through the balcony access. Balcony from the Master wraps around this floor of the home and has adirondack chairs to relax on and enjoy the Florida weather and views.
Laundry room with sink is in off the hallway making it easy accessible for all bedrooms.
Third bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity tops. The two upstairs guest bedrooms share this bathroom. You can see the Gulf of Mexico from this bedroom window as well as from the balcony.
Fourth bedroom also has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan and balcony access.
The main ground level has a nice sitting area and ping pong table just off of the main entrance of the home and garage. The garage has air conditioning and is filled with games such as foosball table, air hockey, pool table and tabletop shuffleboard. You will also find plenty of beach amenities including: a beach cart, folding chairs for the beach and an umbrella for your convenience. Closest beach access to the home is just to your North at 2nd avenue. It is a one minute walk.
The backyard has a beautiful heated pool surrounded by lush landscape.
It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls,Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
