Beach Lodge + Studio at The Arbors Description
The Beach Lodge + Key West is perfect for large families. It is a spacious 2 story cottage with an attached Studio Unit. When you step outside your door, you will find your own patio set to enjoy meals or cocktails. Just a short walk will take you past our pool area and through the lush landscape that leads straight to the Gulf of Mexico!
For those staying in the Beach Lodge, there is a reserved ocean front pavilion that has enough seating for six. The pavilion is a perfect spot to enjoy meals, cocktails, hang out under the lights at night or just take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and sunsets! There is a heated/chilled pool with relaxing waterfall, beautiful paver pathway leading to the private beach area and an additional grilling area for a total of two gas grilling stations.
The ground level of the main cottage has a kitchen and living room; also on the main level is an attached Studio Unit, the Key West that has interior access through the downstairs full bath as well as the living room. The Key West is a studio unit with a Queen size bed and full futon sleeper, full bath and fully equipped kitchen.
The second level has a full bath with shower/tub combo as well as a full bathroom with large shower in the Master Bedroom. It has three bedrooms: one with a king bed (Master Bedroom), one with a queen bed and the third bedroom is off the Queen bedroom and has two Queen beds as well as two twin beds. This entire house can sleep up to twelve guests, has three outdoor dining sets; one outside of the Beach Lodge entrance, the other outside of the Key West entrance and the third is under the beachfront covered pavilion. The free shared laundry is also right by the outdoor Beach Lodge dining set.

The Arbors resort has four separate cottages, five total and has a heated and chilled pool, outdoor dining table for each cottage, towel stands for your beach and swim gear, shared free onsite laundry, shuffleboards, private beach front area, two shared gas grills and mature lush landscape truly giving a unique vacation experience. We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.
*Covered pavilion area is reserved for Beach Lodge guests only.
It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1-2 small dogs that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
