Updated condo with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, fireplace, pool, hot tub and grilling area. Driving distance to several great local restaurants and shops.
Unique condo since it has water views from almost every room. It is a true two bedroom two bathroom condo. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, ceiling fan, Flat screen TV/DVD, plenty of closet space, intracoastal water views from the double window AND your own private balcony that directly faces the intracoastal. Master bath has double vanity sinks with granite counter tops and large walk in tiled shower.
Second bedroom has two Queen sized beds, ceiling fan, Flat screen TV/DVD and water views through the large window. The bathroom has granite counter top vanity and shower/tub combo. In the hallway there is a stackable washer and dryer.
The kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room. It is fully equipped and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including in the door water and ice, blender, electric mixer, Keurig coffee maker and breakfast bar with three bar stools. There's a nice water view from the large window in the dining area with a six top dining table, fireplace in the living room, Plasma TV, DVD, stereo system and a balcony that has beach and Gulf of Mexico views. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room and unit has high-speed Wi-Fi.
The property also has a large heated pool, sun loungers, hot tub and multiple gas grills. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on property for guests to enjoy. Assigned covered parking, outside visitors parking and luggage carts for use. This property sits right on the sand so you just walk past the pool to get to the wonderful beach.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

This unit only provides 1 parking space.
Just to the South of the resort and over the bridge at Park Blvd, there' a CVS, Winn Dixie, multiple restaurants and about a 10 minutes drive up Park will take you to a large shopping district with more restaurants, Publix, shops, gym and a movie theater.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, Busch Gardens, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
