The Yachtsman
The Yachtsman Beach Bungalow is a large two bedroom Gulf front home. It has a direct westerly view of the beach. The sunroom's west wall is all glass and looks out over the water. It has a private deck furnished for dining or sunning with a wonderful rollaway awning for shade if desired.
There are queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the sunroom. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped. The decor is that of a sailor's lodge. It is Old Florida at it's best. $1300 per week, $75 departure fee.

The Lodge
The Beach Lodge is perfect for the larger family. It is a large two story, 2 bedroom house, with two living areas. The Master bed room has a King bed, the second bedroom has a queen. The upstairs living area has 2 twin trundle beds. It has a full size, fully equipped kitchen.
This is the unit that the owner stays in when he comes to the beach, so it has some extras. It has TV's in every room, and enough cooking and serving equipment for a large family. The furnishing is beautiful. It is located on the front of the property about 50 steps through the garden to the sand. I dedicate the Gulf front picnic area to this unit so my guest will have their own little private piece of Gulf front paradise!! $1100 per week $75 departure fee.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and popcorn for your first day. The kitchens are equipped with full size appliances, microwave, coffee maker and toasters. We provide hand mixers and blenders. All kitchens have a good supply of spices for gourmet cooking. Each unit has a charcoal grill. There is also a gas grill in the common area for everyone to enjoy. There are plenty of chairs and side tables as well as six picnic areas.
We provide a free crib to those who need it. We keep plenty of surf and sand toys for children. There is a free washer/dryer on the property. We keep a small library of reading, games, and video material in the laundry cabinet.
If you need anything that is not there, ask for it and chances are we can get it. We have a loan closet with ice chest, slow cooker, bread maker, some paper products, beach towels, and other miscellaneous items.
We have shuffle board, horse shoes, and a basketball goal. Please advise us of special occasions, so that we can have chilled wine or champagne for you upon arrival.
Please advise us of any special needs that you or your guest may have so that we may prepare in advance.
Due to limited space we can only provide ONE parking space per rental. We will try to assist you in finding additional parking if you need it, but please don't ask us to make an exception! Day guest are limited to two per day. There may be an additional charge for day guest. We can not provide parking.
We want your visit to be a memorable one and we want you and your family to come back year after year.
